Input to WoVG Quarterly Asset Investment Reporting

What is WoVG Quarterly Asset Investment Reporting (QAIR)?

  • to provide analysis and advice to government on the portfolio of ERC-funded capital projects, their performance (timeliness, budget, scope) and identified significant risks; and
  • to support government’s capital investment decision-making by summarising trends and issues from the “whole-of-portfolio” perspective.

What is GSG's role in QAIR?

  • selects, in collaboration with DPC and DTF’s Commercial Division (CD) and Budget and Finacne Management (BFM) division, a number of projects with significant risks for assessment quarterly;
  • assesses and evaluates performance and risks of selected projects;
  • articulates significant trends and risks in the current capital asset portfolio in ERC report; and
  • makes recommendations for ERC endorsement to facilitate timely resolution;
